We just had one of these units installed on Friday afternoon; by Monday morning the display was flickering and washed out. When the service tech came by to check out the display he apparently did something wrong because now the copier won't even boot up; giving us a sc 670 error screen each time we try to follow its instructions.

At first glance this looks like a feature packed; fairly compact; easy operating; full function color copier. Now if it only worked it would be nice.

Whether your existing documents are paper or electronic, chances are you don't have adequate disaster recovery plans in place. Document management systems protect your paper records by creating electronic copies that can be backed up in multiple ways. They also can include off-site data backups and other steps to ensure that a fire, flood, or break-in won't cripple your business.
